Custom orders of personalized jewelry are not refundable unless we made a mistake, then of course we will work to rectify the problem immediately!

Non-custom items have a 30 day policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once returned, a refund of the item will be made to the buyer.
